Over your first 12 months, your Rockkt-influenced results will reach at least one of the two thresholds below. If you reach neither, Rockkt applies a credit equal to the platform fees you paid in that period — capped at 100% of fees paid — to your account.

1 The two ways to satisfy the guarantee
The guarantee is met if either threshold is reached within the 12-month period. You qualify by hitting the pipeline target or the revenue target — whichever comes first. A credit is due only if both are missed.
- Pipeline arm: qualifying Rockkt-influenced pipeline reaches 7× platform fees paid.
- Revenue arm: attributed Rockkt-influenced closed-won revenue reaches 3× platform fees paid.
2 What counts as a Rockkt-influenced opportunity
Both arms draw from the same base. An opportunity is Rockkt-influenced only when:
- A Rockkt gift or Freestyle link was sent and delivered or redeemed to a contact at the account.
- The opportunity was created or advanced at that account within the attribution window (see §3) of delivery.
- It is recorded in your CRM or in Rockkt ROI Tracking, with a value, owner, and date.
- It is net-new or newly progressed — not a renewal, and not a deal already open with no Rockkt touch.
3 Attribution window
An opportunity is attributed to a Rockkt send if it is created or advanced within 60 days of the gift being delivered or the Freestyle link being redeemed. This window applies to both the pipeline and revenue arms.
4 How each arm is measured
Pipeline is the total value of qualifying opportunities created or advanced in the window. Closed-won revenue is the booked value of those opportunities that are won within the 12-month period. Measurement depends on your plan:

Automatic. Salesforce sync matches gift-delivery events to CRM opportunities and their stage — no manual logging required.
Starter · Growth · Business
Client-substantiated through Rockkt ROI Tracking. You log each influenced opportunity, its value, and whether it has closed. To invoke the guarantee, ROI Tracking must have been kept up to date throughout the period.
Where ROI Tracking has not been maintained, results cannot be evidenced and the guarantee does not apply.
5 Eligibility conditions
The guarantee applies only where, across the 12-month period, the account:
- Sent at least [minimum volume — TBC] gifts on average (e.g. per user per month), so the platform was genuinely in use.
- Remained in good standing — platform fees paid and not in breach of the agreement.
- Used the platform as intended, with no artificial activity (for example, self-addressed sends) used to inflate results.
6 Exclusions
The following do not count toward either arm:
- Opportunities later cancelled, disqualified, or found to be duplicates.
- Pipeline or revenue with no delivered Rockkt gift or redeemed Freestyle link inside the attribution window.
- Renewals and expansions on deals that were already open before a Rockkt touch.
- Results the account cannot evidence on reasonable request.
7 The remedy
If both arms fall short over the 12-month period, Rockkt applies a credit equal to the platform fees paid — capped at 100% of fees paid — to your Rockkt account. The credit is for use on the platform; it is not paid in cash and does not exceed fees paid. Gift credit you purchased and spent is separate and is not part of the calculation.
8 How to claim
Request a guarantee review within 30 days of your 12-month anniversary. Rockkt reconciles your logged results against both thresholds. If you reached neither, the credit is applied within a reasonable period of the review. One claim may be made per contract year.
